Men,

Today saw the completion of the last foundation cage at DDWF by your team and therefore completion of their scope on the project.

As they head home this afternoon, I Just wanted to pass on Zenviron’s/my appreciation of their efforts towards Safety over the last 9 months particularly since my arrival on the project late last year. To date, the team has worked in excess of 12000 man hours without incident. An achievement that both they and your selves should be very proud of given the ever-present risk of injury associated with Steelfixing.

On daily visits to their work areas, I was regularly impressed with the overall attitude to Safety compliance particularly around the use of “PPE” (a refreshing change in comparison to some other contractors) and their general jovial natures, consolidating the good team culture witnessed.

The erratic nature of the Victorian weather often meant the crews would work through both hot and cold periods without issue or concern. As an observation, credit must go to Craig for his Supervision and strong leadership over this period. The crews discipline, in my opinion, was the basis for their great safety performance at DDWF. Please ensure our appreciation is passed onto the crew members and look forward to seeing this standard replicated should we be able to work together in the near future.
